At Exchange Abroad, we have specifically designed Career Development program (CDP) in Hospitality industry. This program specifically targets recent university graduates and young professionals who meet the Australian Research & Training 402 Visa requirements for training in Australia for up to a year, within their major field of study.
The selected CDP participants are positioned at 3 and 5-star hotels and resorts all around Australia in various hospitality job positions which vary from a minimum of 32 hours per week, follow a guided work-based program and pay a salary of $15-20 per hour.
